WWI Simmons Service War Bulletin The German Whisper Very Rare!!! This is a 100 year old 6" X 3 1/2" - 30 page bulletin. Super Rare!!! The German Whisper was written as one of several issues by the Committee on Public Information for the purpose of acquainting Americans with the methods of enemies in their efforts to weaken the morale of the people. It talks of the German Whisperer in the anxious crowd. These are extremely rare to find especially in this condition. I have several of these Bulletins up for auction. The Simmons Company is most known for its Keen Kutter products.
